Wouldn't stay again

Liked: The bed was comfortable and nice pillows. The location was great for what we needed.
Disliked: The breakfast was bad. The valet parking was added 40. We accidentally forgot an outfit and fan and house keeping never saw it. It was a lot for one night for what I thought the value was.

Disliked: We were upgraded, but the room we were upgraded to didn’t have heat. And 10 feet out the large window was a wall. So zero view. It didn’t feel like an upgrade. Called the front desk to inquire about the bar in lobby and the rooftop bar. Was told hours of operation, etc. chose to go to the rooftop bar, only to be told when we got up there that it was closed for a private event. So there was some disconnect in their communication. Front desk should have known that so I could manage my expectations. Especially since the rooftop bar is highly advertised on their website as a feature.

Liked: We love to stay here when we're visiting Knoxville to see shows at the Tennessee theater. It's literally across the street! The staff are always welcoming and very helpful, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast is delicious and sometimes ( like this trip) we've even gotten to meet some of the cast members from the show. It's been a favorite since we've discovered the theater.
