Hotel great, bar experience poor.

Liked: The hotel was great. Very clean, nice room friendly staff.
Disliked: The rooftop bar. Poor service, wait staff ignored us. We had to flag someone down to take our order.Told us there were no tables outside at 1045 pm but they really just wanted to close it early. Weird. Most food on the bar menu was unavailable at 445 pm. We came back at 10 45 and not even bar mix or chips were to be had. Went to the lobby and bought chips to have with drinks. Really not a great idea to have people drinking without food available. The staff seemed to pay attention to young guests but ignore those of us in our 60s.

Great stay in central location

Liked: Fantastic location, super convenient to sites and restaurants. Great gym, gorgeous roof deck with super friendly staff. Good hot breakfast
Disliked: The room was dim despite a number of lamps. Breakfast closes at 9, a bit early

Liked: Staff and location was great
Disliked: Bed wasn’t comfortable and pillows were tiny.
