This hotel was convenient to everything from dining to entertainment. It was quiet and the A/C worked quietly and very well!

Liked: The room (double bed) was well laid out, and unexpectedly large. Plenty of light, well appointed with electrical connections; the computer connections worked with a WIRED option that worked (Cat 5). The bathroom had a walk-in shower too! Parking was adequate and the breakfast buffet was terrific and this was a 'week day' no less.
Disliked: I cannot find fault with ANYTHING at this hotel and this is only the second time in all my travels that I can say this!

Disliked: Room was not serviced after our first night. Had to request service the next morning. Items such as tissues and coffee cups were never replenished. Hotel breakfast area and entrance floors were not clean.

Liked: Erika at the front desk was exceptional! The location was great.
Disliked: The bed sheets were stained heavily. We were switched to a new room where the sofa pillows were severely torn and stained. The towels had light staining. The carpet was full of stains down the whole hall. The whole hotel was dirty. Breakfast was not fully available either. It’s a shame because it’s a great looking hotel, but great looking doesn’t mean clean. The cleaning staff left blotches and puddles of dirty water throughout the cleaning route which led the floor sticky.The foyer was littered with small pieces of paper and the table tops were all marked up. This has to have been the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been in a hotel. I couldn’t have any piece of mind. I brought up concerns to the staff but they were unable to address anything because there are no housekeeping staff on site during evening hours.If it weren’t for the fact that it was a one night stay… I would have left and canceled my reservation. I honestly want my money back.

Disliked: There was a broken fingernail in the room still and the sink would not drain properly. Upon arrival the room smelled and the counter tops had spots and toothpaste marks.
