This hotel was convenient to everything from dining to entertainment. It was quiet and the A/C worked quietly and very well!

Liked: The room (double bed) was well laid out, and unexpectedly large. Plenty of light, well appointed with electrical connections; the computer connections worked with a WIRED option that worked (Cat 5). The bathroom had a walk-in shower too! Parking was adequate and the breakfast buffet was terrific and this was a 'week day' no less.
Disliked: I cannot find fault with ANYTHING at this hotel and this is only the second time in all my travels that I can say this!

Liked: We stayed here last year and it was great, so decided to stay again. Now under new management, there were many disappointments. The bar was closed for no liquor license, one of two elevators inoperative, entire facility was dirty, breakfast foods were mediocre, cold eggs, rubbery see through bacon. We ate toast. We had to ask for new towels, they took the dirty ones and only replaced a few, no washcloths. No hand soap for the sink, and the hot water was a trickle. Overall the room was dark and dreary, new lightbulbs definitely needed. Sliding door to the closet off the track. Bed was ok, my husband felt his head was lower than his feet. Room temp was cold all the time, even when selecting the highest setting of 77. It was impossible to communicate with the staff, they did not speak English and the manager seemed kind of ok with everything. We stayed for 4 nights at $190 per night, he took $75 off our bill. We weren’t looking for anything but hoped to get better service. I doubt anything will change, and we certainly will never stay there again.

Liked: Wouldn’t take my affirm payment! Lady at desk wasn’t helpful said they don’t like affirm because she was worried about accidental damage payment. Didn’t care if anyone heard her very rude! Won’t wait for myself to find my affirm approve just worried about just her payment now! Had to use another card was so embarrassing, then put us on the first floor room right beside the bar/ breakfast area was so loud!!! There was a bus of kids on the rest of the hall all loud, knocking on door until 1am. Breakfast was very loud, cold ran out of some food.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was great! Easy check in and check out, pool was open till 10:00 and heated, room was very big and clean! Our room actually had a sectional couch with two beds and a tv that swiveled so it could be watched while laying in bed or sitting on the couch! Free breakfast. They have a gym we did not use it though. We will definitely be staying here again!
Disliked: No complaints here. We stayed here to be closer to CHOP for upcoming appointments I highly recommend for others who would need a place to stay, the only thing you’ll want to leave about an hour and a half earlier for your appointment due to traffic! (This is by no means anything negative about the hotel just trying to help future parents who stay here for upcoming appointments at CHOP!)

Liked: The only thing we liked was the bed and shower.
Disliked: The building looks nice in the lobby and outside but the rest of the hotel and room is run down. Hall carpets are filthy. The elevator was broken and it smelled like weed everywhere. The housekeepers were rude. Check out was at 11pm. The housekeepers knocked on our door and told us it was time to leave so they could clean their rooms room at 9am. When we left at 10:30am, the same housekeeper was in the back parking lot smoking weed. The pool area is very outdated and the towels are stained yellow. The water was so overwhelming with chemicals that we had to get out of the area within 20 minutes. We will NOT be staying again.
