Liked: We stopped here overnight on our way to Big White to ski. Comfortable hotel, reasonable value for money and friendly staff.
Disliked: Everything was okay, so there isn't anything to not like

Liked: Quite central. Comfy beds and love that it has a microwave. All we wanted to do was get take out and lie in bed with a movie after a long drive. And that’s what we did.

Great place to stay.

Liked: My family had a great time staying at Hyatt while in Kelowna visiting family. We loved our room, the gym, the pool and hot tub. The breakfast buffet was also prefect for our family. We were all able to find something great to eat to start our day.

Liked: Breakfast was great! Staff was super helpful.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have a shuttle to and from Prospera place where the Brier was, even if you had to pay for it. Most of the guests were attending this event.
