Liked: We stayed at the Hyatt for 4 days on our way to points further South and really enjoyed our experience! The Hyatt Place is a wonderful hotel. It’s in a great location (close the nice eateries & shopping) and has a very spacious, comfortable rooms. What we liked best was the very pleasant and service oriented staff like Carlissa and Mary who never missed an opportunity to make us feel at home. Thank you all of the staff at the Hyatt, including the hiring and training staff who know how to locate and train professionals.

Great weekend trip to Jacksonville...

Liked: The location was great. There are so many food and shopping options in the St. John's Town Center. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We definitely felt well rested.
Disliked: I was surprised that the breakfast was paid for. It would have been nice to provide juice and bagel at the least.
