Disliked: We choose this location on manufacturers. It’s convenient to and we’re familiar with the property, great location for our needs when visiting. We do appreciate the breakfast. Unfortunately, during our stay breakfast was very poor. When we arrived, there were many people that had stated food had ran out Early on and never replenished. There was no coffee, the only items available, were cold cereal, and beverages, milk, and juice. This convenience is something that we do consider when booking rooms. Unfortunately, the service was very poor during the state. We did speak with the front desk, but she was not either in the position to or did not recognize the need for any customer service or recognition. It was disappointing.

Liked: Underground parking was wonderful in this weather. Rooms were comfortable & clean. Breakfast choices were good.
Disliked: Breakfast was good except for the hard waffles.
