Great stay in Iowa City.

Liked: Merrick at the front desk was gracious and welcoming. The bed was soooo comfortable.

Great hotel option in downtown...

Liked: Very modern and clean, in good condition. Had secure underground garage parking. Complimentary breakfast was convenient and efficient. Friendly staff at check-in. Room was very attractive and beds were comfortable. Easy 5-minute drive to the University of Iowa. Great value!

Liked: The location is the best part. It is easy to walk everywhere
Disliked: Our room had an empty Gatorade bottle on the floor near the bed. On the upper shelf of the closet was a small empty wine bottle. Probs should have management go through once after it is cleaned. Always good to have a second set of eyes look over the job of the cleaner.

Liked: The room was really cool (720) We loved the windows, the size, layout, and the view. Breakfast was good and comfortable. Pillows were comfortable too.
Disliked: Hot water in shower pulsated a lot.

Disliked: We only slept there. No shower or amenities. Checked out 8 hours later.

Disappointed by the room facilities

Liked: The staff and the location, and the common facilities.
Disliked: The room was old and dingy. And the air conditioning was poor. Like, it wasn't grossly dirty or anything, but definitely not a luxury room, and just yeah dingy and not updated.. And the bathroom also, and cheap soap products and coffee. For 300 a night, honestly I was really disappointed.
