Always choose this place

Liked: Best breakfast I've had in a hotel. Tons of options and excellent layout. Pool was great, staff helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Will stay here again whenever in Iowa City.
Disliked: Learned that you need to run the shower in the pool area for it to warm. No big deal, just plan ahead.

Very dissappointed with the stay.

Disliked: No parking was given and the pool was ice cold.Front desk stepped out and said they would be back in 5 minutes according to the sign and it was almost 20 minutes when we tried to check out!Would not reccomend the Hyatt to anyone!

Disliked: The kitchen personal was rude, they close at 9:30am and didn’t want to give a fruit even 10mn later.She was cleaning the dining room and kick us out…Also no free parking around the hotel at night, everything is tow away zone.

Liked: Our check in staff was super helpful getting us checked in and letting us know about the parking. Rooms were spacious we had a double queen room my two little loved the sofa couch and looking how high we are from the ground. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and wonderful.

Disliked: Staff was not very friendly. No hot water in the shower. I let it run for 5 minutes and still did not get hot. Barely luke warm.
