Disliked: No real food options around, it was lacking that but there was a restaurant in the hotel it self. The Parking lot seems crammed especially with 2 tour buses taking up parking sports

Liked: Property was very nice and spotless clean. And the room was enormous compared to every place else. I've stayed in the last few years. So comfortable and roomy.

Go elsewhere

Liked: The bed was decent and the lunch food was good. The staff did give a $50 credit for our trouble.
Disliked: The pic on the website was of the downtown location when renting a room from the hotel that ended up being by the airport. Chromecast didn't work, we were sent to multiple rooms and it didn't work in any. Wi-Fi was completely out. Fryer wasn't in the kitchen to make lunch. The maintenance came in our room while we were eating to try to check the wifi signal and had a conversation with reach other while I was holding the door open waiting for them to leave. I had to finally remind them we were eating for them to walk out of our room. For the price, you'd think at least the streaming TV could work. Or at least the Internet. One of them. Will not go to Hyatt again. Ever.
