A bit pricey for what...

Liked: Breakfast was reasonably good for a Holiday Inn Express buffet.
Disliked: Shower fixture wonky -- cheap plumbing fixture was coming off the wall (the tub spigot/shower diverter).Also, when I went to leave at 7:00, I forgot my jacket. Went back to grab it and my key card no longer worked. The woman at the desk said that it happens automatically sometimes on day of checkout. Well fine, but shouldn't that happen either: 1) after I check out, or 2) at 11:30 a.m.?

Liked: Great customer service, the midday ladies who helped checked us in was super accommodating and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to catch their names
