All in all our stay...

Liked: The staff was very good as were the facility.
Disliked: The bed pillows were terrible. Lumpy and uncomfortable. Our tv kept losing the connection and the staff member was unable to remedy the problem.

Our room was not clean...

Liked: We had been in this hotel before couple of times but this time we stayed 9 nights and out of 9 nights 4 days our room was not clean , we left very early and came back late to report to front desk repeatedly out beds were not made nor did the trash was taken out no clean sheets or towels , all they did was sending clean towelsThis time our stay was not pleasant at all

The hotel was nice in...

Liked: The room was large and the location was very nice. I liked the breakfast there was a great assortment of choices. The sourdough bread was exciting to see, I don't see it often it tasted great too! I thought it was neat to have a switch as you're exiting to turn everything off in the room.
Disliked: Our tub did not drain. That was gross it definitely needs to be fixed. The walls were very thin we heard so many people coming and going as we slept. The room was not cleaned well there was hair in the tub and in the sink.
