Nice Property/Nice Price

Liked: I liked that it was clean and quiet. I was in town for my Dad's funeral so I basically just slept there with my sister for one night. The price is good as well. It's also located by restaurants which is convenient.
Disliked: The one thing I didn't like is that I booked the room on my debit , card and put down the $100 deposit when we checked in, so a total of $192. We paid cash when we left Monday and they still haven't refunded my money back. It's been 5 days. I feel like that's plenty of time. Now I have to call them and see what the hold up is.

Bad

Disliked: Rude front office check in person. Charged $100 extra for some cleaning fee in advance which was not refunded. Rooms had a bad smell. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and the late evening receptionist was very friendly.

Liked: Everything is clean, well maintained, attractive in a convenient location and the staff is friendly, helpful and sincere. The breakfast is not the same old hotel breakfast with a bit of creative flair and a bit different every day. Delicious!!
Disliked: I guess it could be free.

Superb

Liked: The hotel and room was very clean. They experienced a problem with the room I was supposed to check into, so they switched me to a new room without hesitation. Breakfast was good and fresh. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The hotel room had a window covering, but not blackout curtains.
