Liked: Clean bedding and towels.
Disliked: Stayed 2 nights. The cleaning crew did not leave tp when it was clearly low on 1 side of the 2 rolls.

Accommodating if you are willing...

Liked: The hotel was very accommodating in placing us near a ground floor exit so we could take our pets outside easily. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had several hot and cold options to choose from. Our room was very tidy, and I thought the layout was very functional. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We used the early check-in option for an additional fee. Every other hotel I have stayed at will let you check-in early for free as long as they have a room available. I feel like the fee is just another form of money-grab, especially when we have to pay extra pet fees. We booked the king room with a sofa bed for our daughter, but they forgot to include bedding for the sofa bed and we had to ask for it to be delivered to the room. The bed was also a little too firm for my liking.

Great Unique Hyatt Place Novel...

Liked: Newer Design of Hyatt Place chain of hotels. The difference is quite clear and for the best.
Disliked: Breakfast can be improved. Need to match the Hyatt Place Standard.
