Disliked: On the third floor, sounds can be heard from outside i.e. car driving by.

Liked: The hotel location is great. The room is very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is really good, they changed menu daily.
Disliked: The towel bars are not installed properly, loosen easily.

Liked: I feel the breakfast could've had a bit more variety, but overall, it was ok.
Disliked: The deep fryer was down, so we weren't able to order chicken strips or fries; but things happen.

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located and not too far to walk to the Convention district. The room was lovely and clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit ordinary and there was limited TV options. The cost was a little high for the hotel.

Disappointing that my sisters had...

Liked: Great location. Our one room catered for three women to sleep in three separate beds.
Disliked: The hotel overcharged me $2800 on my credit card, which they told me would not be resolved until I had checked out. My sister was charged $500 which was cancelled but still was deducted from her travel card. Again this issue would not be resolved until I had checked out. She was thus $500 short on spending money My plane was delayed and the hotel would NOT allow my sisters to enter the booked room. They had to wait in the foyer until I arrived. Very disappointing. Image if I was delayed one day. Would they sleep in the foyer too.
