Don’t waste your hard earned...

Liked: Position was good but that was about it.
Disliked: Arrival day one had to complain about the noise from outside, absolutely intolerable, was down graded to a lesser room and told that this was the best that they could do. Morning of day three. No water and having used the bathroom it was not very pleasant. Spoke to receptionist to be told that it was not their problem as the street was shut off from water. Went to breakfast and juice run out, I guess it’s water based, no coffee but the hotel was selling bottles of water, could they not have made some coffee. No email to apologise no suggestion of compensation. Hyatt this is not how you treat customers

Not worth staying.

Liked: Nothing exceptional.
Disliked: Hotel was out of water and we were not able to shower that day. Even when water supply was back the hotel didnt allowed an hour late check-out. Staff was rude and completely un interested.

Great location but unhelpful staff.

Liked: Location was very central to downtown and trams.
Disliked: Staff were not very helpful. Fire alarm went off late at night and the staff gave no information about what to do or when it was save to go back in.

Liked: Great location for our visit to Houston. The complementary breakfast had a good selection of options -- particularly the warm food. Enjoyed some time up on the 16th floor at the bar. Fun to look out over the city at night.
