Liked: Great location, right off 90.They serve breakfast and sell a few items making it convenient.
Disliked: No microwave. The heater is loud. The temp is freezing while you wait for it to turn on, then it's too hot until it shuts off. Mattress is not comfortable. Serviced my room on the 4th night of my 7 night stay. I expected more from a Hyatt.

Liked: I was going to a Christmas dinner an hour away and it was snowing and sleeting at my house. So I was able to book a room that morning not far from the party. I'm so glad I stayed at the Hyatt and didn't drive home in black ice and fog conditions. The pillows were also very comfortable

Liked: I was overcharged and not even informed about the same. The manager came up to me while I was eating breakfast and asked me to put up a google review. Very unprofessional.
