Adequate but could use a...

Liked: Location was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and had adequate linens. The breakfast room had an assortment of choices Scrambled eggs would have been a nice addition.
Disliked: No daily maid service.Room didn’t look clean. Sofa was stained. I never used it. Body wash dispenser was empty. There was no lotion.

Old building in need of...

Liked: Location was pretty good. Big room.
Disliked: Building needs some serious updating. Room was spacious but in need of a remodel. Small bathroom and Shower made loud squealing noise whenever on. Mini fridge made loud rhythmic noises. Carpet was stained and torn/cut. Bed appeared to be slanting downhill. Shower gel pump in shower was empty when we checked in and since they don’t have regular housekeeping, front desk said it couldn’t be filled until next day.

Liked: Okay
Disliked: TV channels need upgrading. Difficult to navigate and too many analog channels. Most were graining.

Great customer service! Pool and...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and had amazing customer service. Room was a good size and was pretty clean.
Disliked: Pool was a little chilly and the floor of the pool room was rough on the feet.
