Disliked: There was people running and jumping around in the room above us around 11pm and I called the front desk a couple times to make a complaint and they said they would fix it and never did. They did this all night long, the pool had fire ants running around on the ground and sitting on the ground you got bit by them. There was no towels stocked in our rooms we had to call and ask for them and she told me “there’s no one here to bring them to you, you have to come get them”. The breakfast was also a 3/10. We all got sick after! The rooms were nice if they were cleaned properly. There was beef jerky spilled around the bed skirt of our bed we found when we came in and poop up the back of the toilet bowl and wall behind the toilet. Very un happy with our choice of this hotel. The pictures of the pool also make it look way bigger and nicer and it’s definitely edited.

Disliked: We kept missing the breakfast because we had to leave early. But when we were able to have the breakfast is absolutely delicious. We were sad. We missed it the other days.

Liked: Room sizes are good.. Beds are good and Comfortable
Disliked: They do not provide drinking water in the room. I think that is a basic facility that any guest should get. You can fill it up from a water dispenser in the lobby, if you have a bottle. So if you are thirsty in the middle of the night and you are out of water, you have to go down from the 4th floor to grab drinking water. I thought that was pathetic and you don't expect this when you are paying 125$ for a 1 night stay.Secondly, the Breakfast spread is very less.. they give only Eggs and Hash Browns to eat in their buffet breakfast.Basic facilities like moisturisers are also not provided in the room.This is more like a Motel and not a Hotel.
