Perfect hotel for a short...

Liked: The close distant to the airport. Free shuttle was great.

We can deserve better quality...

Liked: Location only
Disliked: The room I got not maintained well and they given me a room with broken furniture and fridge door keep opening and washrooms was not well maintained and phone services not at all worked

It’s a great hotel.

Liked: Location. I took the metro to this hotel it was very close by within 10 mins walking distance.
Disliked: Shower didn’t have a door that closes all the way.

Liked: The proximity the metro, access to food
Disliked: Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms

Disliked: Vey bad service don’t even provide water bottle

Liked: Convenient shuttle to the airport.
Disliked: The person who checked me in was really rude and unhelpful. (Other staff was great though.)

Need to do better’s with...

Liked: Close to airport. Had parking and good breakfast. Swimming pool and gym.
Disliked: Poor housekeeping. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned the whole time. The staff said customers need to explicitly tell them if housekeeping is needed. This was not told to us during checkin. We had to go to front desk every time for towels, soaps etc
