Liked: We were unable to get breakfast because the entire hotel was evacuated (fire alarm) before 6 am and people weren’t let back in until after 730 am. Basically the entire hotel at that point was trying to get breakfast because everyone was awake and cold. No food , lines too long
Disliked: We disliked the wobbly toilet , the dirty light switch. And the fact that we got no sleep due to loud voices in the hallways, and then startled awake before 6am by a terrifyingly loud fire alarm. Nobody assisted us or helped us evacuate. We feared for our lives . Put out in the cold barely dressed with no authority telling us what was going on. Totally felt like we were at a cheap motel and feel like we should dispute the entire charge with our credit card and bank. We checked in at 10:30 pm and was evacuated before 6 am and left because no way to go back to sleep after such a terrifying experience and small food area overwhelmed at 7:30 am. Because everyone in the entire hotel experienced the same situation. Shame on Hyatt for this poor hotel experience. Checked out before 8am .

It was ok.

Liked: The water for the shower never got warm or hot. I called the front office, and they were going to have someone turn up the boilers because someone else complained about not having hot water for showering either. However, the water never got warm enough to take a shower. They offered to take off something on the final invoice, but since we booked with a third party, they could not honor the discount.
Disliked: There was what appeared to be an old blood stain on the carpet.
