Accommodating and Friendly

Liked: My family stayed two nights at this property for a funeral. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout out our stay. I have to give a special shoutout to Brian who took care of us at the bar on Saturday afternoon making us laugh and serving us with a smile. It was heartwarming to have this service and care during a difficult time for me and my family. Thank you so much Brian for your kindness and hospitality during our stay, very much appreciated.

Liked: I can’t say enough about the kindness and hospitality Brian showed my family and me during our stay at Hyatt Place Hampton. We were in town for a funeral and spent a few hours at the hotel bar afterward, where Brian went above and beyond—manning the bar, cooking, and serving us with genuine care. His warmth and friendliness put smiles on our faces during a difficult time, and we truly appreciated his service. Thank you, Brian, for making our stay a little brighter!

Liked: The location is great. Convenient to the Convention Center, shopping, and major highways.Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff were all friendly and helpfulThe coffee at breakfast was better than most breakfast-bar coffee.
Disliked: Housekeeping schedule was irregular and our room was never completely cleaned once during our 5-night stay. There were no grab-and-go items at breakfast.No microwave in the room.Refrigerator did not maintain a temperature under 40°,so food was not safely stored there.Very limited television channel options.Very low water pressure in the sink.One outside door was not operating properly. One elevator was out of service. I expect better from a Hyatt brand hotel.
