Disliked: They double charged my card for the room and told me it'll take up to a week to be refunded.

Disliked: There was no hot water in the sink or shower

Disliked: No hot water. Front desk said water heater on roof and since we were on second floor might not get hot. No food at restaurant. Front desk worker said she didn’t know how to use the fryer. Hair stuck on bathroom door.
