Overall a good hotel for...

Liked: The location is perfect for walking around downtown. The breakfast bar was really good for the price and it was a nice surprise that kids eat free! The valet were quick and helpful every time we needed our vehicle. Indoor pool was clean and well kept.
Disliked: When we arrived we were able to snag one of the few (valet said there were only 5) luggage carts. When we were ready to leave we searched the lobby and every floor of the hotel, but couldn’t find any. We asked for help and were told just to go look around instead of ensuring we were able to find one. Hotel staff weren’t super friendly or inviting other than a few.

Liked: This property was clean and was downtown so you could walk everywhere.
Disliked: It lacked free parking.

It was a comfortable stay...

Liked: The staff were very polite and informative. The valet attendant, Frank, was exceptional. He was so courteous, fun and freindly. You really felt the southern hospitality and humor.
Disliked: I wish there could have been a little more late night eating option in the hotel. But I'm a night person and use to eating late night/early morning so that is the only reason.
