Great location and value in...

Liked: Amazing, pet-friendly hotel in downtown Greenvillle, 5-10 minute walk to Falls Park and beautiful downtown Greenville. Every staff member that we encountered was very friendly and professional. The hot breakfast was delicious and $11 for all you can eat buffet style. Rooms were updated, large and clean. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: The property is nice. It look higher end and clean. The pool was very nice.
Disliked: The staff the entire weekend was not pleasant or friendly. The valet takes forever to bring your car. At 9am someone was banging on our room door, it was housekeeping aggressively asking when we were leaving even though checkout was at noon. I told her we would leave at checkout and she huffed away. The bartender was the only friendly person in the hotel and she took 20 minutes to make my drink because she was busy talking to someone else, and made the wrong drink.

Nice place, great small city

Liked: Room 500 fit the 'bill' quiet and comfortable. Road noise almost imperceptible - an issue for someone who lives in the country without the usual urban traffic sounds. Beds are the best as with pillows.Breakfast is the usual ho hum affair.. Bedroom coffee is best described as 'jolt'. It will make you sit up straight.Walking to the Peace Center is perfect as with walking access to downtown eating places.

Liked: Hotel was clean, modern and perfect location. Nice walking distance to everything!
Disliked: We had to pay for parking in a garage across from the hotel unless we wanted to pay $25 for valet. Although their website says breakfast bar is complimentary, it is not. I think there should be a small complimentary breakfast option for the price of the hotel. Wish there was a hot tub.
