I doubt we would ever stay there again.

Liked: It was close to The BOB.
Disliked: It was so cold when we walked in the room; no water pressure in the bathroom sink; didn’t know how to pull the blinds down.

Great location to restaurants and Van Andel Arena.

Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: I did not like the Hotel holding $50 five days after my stay. I left my room perfect.Should have been returned to me that day. That is wrong.
