NEEDS AN OVERHAUL OF MANAGEMENT

Liked: This is a very nice location and a very clean space
Disliked: The staff is rude. The efficiency of the hotel's housekeeping staff needs immediate improvement. My parent's room which was booked for a 3pm arrival and i notified the front desk that they were in fact there and ready to check in at 10am, was still not ready at 11PM that night!!!! How ridiculous that rooms are still being cleaned and not ready for a check in that was scheduled 8 HOURS earlier
