Happy with our stay

Liked: Always a great choice when we are in the area! Clean and comfortable with a great staff. Thank you for a nice stay.
Disliked: The lobby was under a remodel. No food or drinks were available like during our past stays. I'm a little disappointed that we didn't get a heads up about it when we booked? Breakfast was still served and was good!

Disappointed in Hyatt

Liked: The rooms were large and comfortable, and very clean. The hotel location was centrally located to all our activities.
Disliked: We were not informed that the hotel was under construction. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the restraunt and bar. So we were extremely disappointed to find out they were both closed for remodeling. The Genius breakfast was very disappointing. Probably the worst we have ever experienced. Dried up donut holes oat meal and waffles were the main offerings. There should have been a discount offered. Worst Hyatt experience ever. Please do better in the future.
