Not pleasant

Liked: No iron board in the room. I requested around 6:30 am, one of the staff said they will bring one at 7:30 am

Wonderful Experience

Liked: I was there for a very short period. The shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. It was less than 2 minutes from where I was working for 2 days.
Disliked: Everything was very good for what I was able to experience.

Liked: Beautiful spacious rooms, shower was great! Was nice having the small bar downstairs for a nightcap!
Disliked: Breakfast was okay, but you had to go down early because about 830 they would start to run out of food when everyone came down.

Disappointing

Liked: I booked the room through booking, which sets the price. The fees that the hotel collected exceeded the booking price, which booking. Com said is not permitted, so I'm waiting for them to collect the difference that was overcharged. I called ahead and was told the pool would be open. When we checked in, we were told the pool was closed and it was closed our entire stay for some unknown issue. The young man that worked 2nd shift check in is an asset to the hotel as he was the only knowledgeable and courteous person we encountered.. We asked for trash bags and towels at the desk in the morning since there was no housekeeping. The unfriendly attendant said she'd have housekeeping bring the items up, which they didn't. The restaurant is closed. The facilities are in need of repair, the fridge did not work right, food spoiled the next day. The big windows were nice but not much else. The young male attendant is overqualified for his position and should be promoted promptly as the rest of the staff seemed unable to perform their minimum requirements.

Very relaxing with zero stress.

Liked: I thought the staff was extremely friendly and the Hotel was very clean. I think the rooms however were the best part. They were laid out very well and there was a lot of space.
