Liked: The staff were all so helpful and friendly. The hotel was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. Would definitely return.

Staff were very pleasant and...

Liked: it was in the center of everything
Disliked: The blinds don’t cover the entire window so it was quite bright outside. Especially at night since the light of the building was blinding. Otherwise, it was okay.

Perfect - i will stay...

Liked: Excellent service from the valet when I forgot to bring a file I needed. He fetched my car, let me get what I needed, and reparked the car - all with great grace. Even though this is not technically the hotel's purview, it does impact how customers feel.
Disliked: The breakfast fruit could have been fresher (it had that "alcohol" taste of day old fruit.) Not a biggie - there was lots of choice. Loved the donut holes!
