Watch out how you pay...

Liked: good location
Disliked: I am in the middle of dealing with being charged twice for our room. The hotel says they don't see the second charge on their end but it is clearly charged on my card. I have called the hotel three times to try and resolve it and now I'm in the midst of disputing this with my bank. Ludicrous. A large corporate hotel such as Hyatt should not make this so difficult. What a waste of time!

Central Glendale CA. hotel

Liked: The hotel was in a good location for Glendale and near many restaurants and highway access. It was clean and beds are very comfortable. There is coffee in room and offered free in the lobby in the AM.
Disliked: Parking is always hard to find in big cities and Glendale is no exception. We had to Valet which is expensive if you have a rental car.

In general location is nice,...

Liked: That's nice tthat they have water with lemon downstairs for free
Disliked: There is only valet parking which is 30 usd/night or so

Disappointed

Liked: They had an affordable breakfast and polite staff…with plenty of of hot water
Disliked: Rooms were high dollar and very datedOur room had one picture on the wall and one window with dark colored shadeWe paid 280 per night and would never stay there againAs you looked out window in breakfast area their were numerous dead plants in potsI asked if they could remove a large dead brown spruce but failed to do soVery disappointed for the price

Liked: Location and the cleaningness of the room and the view
Disliked: No body lotion in the room and the restaurant was very limited. Also a heads up would have been nice about room service not being done on a two night stay.
