Not so great sleep
Liked: There was a train going by all night, which made it hard to sleep. The bed squeaked and the pillows were horrible

Overall good place to stay....
Liked: Staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Indoor pool was nice benefit
Disliked: Room was very worn and in need of repair. Paid parking in Long Island seems crazy.

Great stay, centralized location, AMAZING...
Liked: We loved the location, it was very central for where we were visiting. The pool was great, although on the smaller side, and breakfast was GREAT! ALL the staff that helped us were SO friendly and warm. We will definitely be back!
Disliked: Room was very warm, it didn’t feel like we could cool it off.

Dissatisfaction.
Disliked: I had to pay for parking on the property as a guest. It is inconsiderate and crude to charge paying guest to park on the property that they are staying. I was told I could park on the street for free. The street is unsafe and I can’t ensure my car is safe. I definitely won’t be staying at the Hyatt again. There are many other Hotels that provide free parking on their property.
