We were very impressed with the set up of the rooms, service, and cleanliness of the hotel. The first night we were put into a room that had a blower going and when we called down to the front desk, they not only moved us to another room, but met us with the new keys. Staff was very apologetic for the mistake. We have had to change rooms before for similar reasons but this was the first time we were met by the staff. We would definitely recommend the Hyatt and look forward to staying there again on our next to trip to Cowtown.

Disliked: We were trapped in our room on check out day. They were using the overhead access out side our door. There was a horrible sound at one point. We realized when we were preparing to leave it was maintenance. The large ladder was literally at our door. No way to get luggage out. They should have called or knocked on Our door to let us know this was happening.
