We were very impressed with the set up of the rooms, service, and cleanliness of the hotel. The first night we were put into a room that had a blower going and when we called down to the front desk, they not only moved us to another room, but met us with the new keys. Staff was very apologetic for the mistake. We have had to change rooms before for similar reasons but this was the first time we were met by the staff. We would definitely recommend the Hyatt and look forward to staying there again on our next to trip to Cowtown.

Perfect location and great size...

Liked: Location was perfect - everything you need at easy walking distant. A bit of car noise at night but nothing bad. Breakfast was good and simple. Will definitely recommend and stay here again. Bed was comfy and great size rooms. Lift were quick and always clean. Cleaning staff and front office staff very nice & accomodating.
