Liked: Hotel was in a good location, although somewhat hidden/back from the road a little bit. Very near lots of food and shopping places. Large parking lot. staff was friendly at check in.
Disliked: Room was extremely old, poor quality. there was mold in the shower and the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. we had booked a room for 5 people which included a pullout sofa. When we inquired about bedding for the sofa at the front desk, we were told that “blankets are hard to come by” and they had no blankets to give us. The pillow on the couch did not have a pillowcase. parts of the walls were chipping off and we found a triangular “chunk” of wall just laying on the bathroom counter. The bathroom was so small that it was impossible to get out of the shower and open the door without stepping over the toilet. Breakfast extremely medicocre. not at all representative of the Hyatt brand. I have stayed at several Hyatt Places, in particular, and this location is just not on that level

Highly disappointing

Liked: The location was the only thing I liked.
Disliked: I have stayed in Hyatt hotels in the past so I was so disappointed when I stayed at this location. The room was FILTHY. I had to stand on a towel to take a shower. The tiles and the grout around the shower was so disgusting. There was dirt and grime inside and out of the shower. The carpet in the room and hallways smelled like dog urine. The room was so dusty. Clearly there was no effort made to welcome guests!

stay was great, but why...

Liked: everythig was basicly ok. except
Disliked: I was randomly charged another charge Jan. 20. I have recieved part of that back, but not all.
