Very good

Liked: Location is great. Loved the indoor pool. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Hated the bathroom door. Did not find the king bed comfortable at all. Woke up with back pain.

Poor

Disliked: Pool was out of service apparently for chemical issues. The breakfast was limited, food ran out. We've stayed in this hotel before for a lesser price and didn't have to pay extra for parking or breakfast and had a better experience the first time. Don't think we will be returning here.

Excellent neat room, beds and...

Liked: Breakfast was minimal. I was surprised, because it was the Hyatt!
Disliked: 1. Breakfast was minimal. Toaster burnt the toast. 2. The towel meant as a floor mat for the shower, had many hairs on it, one of which was long!

Not a good experience due...

Liked: The room was incredibly loud. Between the freeway and the HVAC we had to turn on a sound machine able to drown out all the noise.The bed was by far the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept it. For over $400 a night we feel like we were ripped off. The pool was murky looking so we did not use it.
Disliked: It was clean and the staff was friendly.
