Not worth it! Don’t trust...

Liked: Although the carpets have stains allover and the doors are falling apart the cleaning staff does a good job keeping it clean despite the apparent need for an all over renovation.
Disliked: I chose this spot specifically because of 3 things - the pool, the in room refrigerator and the availability of a burger downstairs, all of which are listed on the web site. I used the chat feature 2 days before to make sure the pool was open and was assured that it was. The pool was closed and slimy green. The fridge did not work. The staff told me rudely they don’t have food even when I referenced the website. This Hyatt does not live up to their reputation. I tried to get a refund or a partial but was not able to. All of the reasons I chose this place were not there. Also, Bookings said it would be $170 and I was charged $220. An all around HUGE disappointment. I was there for a funeral and the hotel made it awfulTo be down there.
