Liked: Breakfast was unusually good.
Disliked: Our second night there the TV did not. Maintenance came up but could not get it to work.

Liked: Our sheets were super dirty. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was crickets in our room
Disliked: I didn’t like beds, didn’t like how dirty it was.

Liked: The room was comfortable, in line with other Hyatt hotels, it was clean.
Disliked: The hotel charges USD 30 per night as deposit, and it does not provide any confirmation about it at the check out. At 10am we were told to wait for a manager who would be available in the afternoon to discuss it. The deposit was returned at the end.A small thing, beds were not made while we stayed there, which is suprising for this class of hotels.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was good too, having a couple of options.
Disliked: If you want to stay and don't have a car to shop around, bring your own slippers; you need them for taking a shower. The disposable slippers (cost $1 each pair) were not available at the hotel, and the Target next to the hotel didn't have them too.

Liked: Breakfast was very good! The Desk Clerk was pleasant!
Disliked: We had no desire/need for a handicap room we always ask for 2 beds and was told I ordered handicap room and there was no help in changing so we did 2 nights like sleeping on the floor the bedding was like sleeping on rubber/lumpy not comfortable at all for the rate we paid it was very poor service for what we paid the check-in person was pleasant. We are seniors and always spend our funds wisely we traveled from Richmond, Va To Fort Worth, TX and stayed at 2 other hotels along the way paid less per room and had a excellent rest along the way with 2 beds in each stay.I don't expect anything in response to our concern overall it served the purpose I was in Fort Worth to visit my 95 year old Aunt Sylvia and that was wonderful!!
