Disappointed at the high price...

Liked: Location was right off the highway
Disliked: I found 3 strands of long dark hair in my bed. (I have grey hair) The room looked "beat up" and dark. Trash cans were not lined, I had to do it myself with bags found hanging over the trash receptacle. Bathroom mirror had some sort of white splatter on it. YUCK!

Disappointing

Disliked: The rooms are extremely outdated. The first room I was assigned had a strong odor, as if the carpet hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, and the environment triggered an allergic reaction within 30 minutes. I requested a new room, but it also had an unpleasant smell. The entire fifth floor reeked of a dirty dog. The carpets in both the room and hallways are long overdue for replacement. Additionally, the air duct in the bathroom made frequent dripping noises, adding to the discomfort. While this hotel is well-located, the breakfast is very basic, and overall, I do not recommend staying here. I certainly won’t be returning.

Disliked: Facility definately needs updating. Elevator floors were dirty and In Need of repair as were carpets In the hallways. The 5th floor and my room both smelled musty. Mirrors in my room needed to be cleaned as they were dirty. Not what I have experience previously from Hyatt.
