Liked: The hotel was fine.
Disliked: The staff at check in were lacking in people skills and came across as unconcerned and almost surly!! Seemed to be too much trouble to get out of the chair!

Liked: the breakfast was good. for our needs the location was nice. However, because of the design of the bathroom sink outside of bathroom we will be staying there again. NO privacy!

not a good stay

Liked: the bed was comfortable
Disliked: the room was dirty the breakfast was nasty and it was loud all night in the halls. The A.C. was also making loud noises when it came on and the cleaning service knocked on my door in the morning asking when I was about to leave I was still in bed it was 10 am.

Bad

Liked: The woman who was working at the desk ( it was around 10:30pm) was lovely. She was very understanding when we said we were not staying.She was the best part of the Hyatt Place Ft Myers
Disliked: Everything. Horrible area. The room was dark and dingy. There was no "restaurant " We checked in. Went to our room. Turned around and checked out.
