Liked: 2nd stay pre-cruise. Love this property and location. Walking distance to publix and Total Wine. Front desk staff Rise and Pablo? We’re outstanding- sorry, I am unsure of his name. Both were super helpful and friendly- we will absolutely be back for our next cruise from Port Everglades

Disliked: The property was very outdated. The room was dark and depressing in need of a major overhaul. The window ledge in our bedroom looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned or dusted in months. I even found and old receipt on the window that had faded with the sun . I also found a hair bubble on the floor by the bed which definitely wasn’t mine as I have short hair and don’t use them !!!! It was so bad I felt everything was so unclean I went to the store to buy disinfecting wipes to clean down all the surfaces.

Liked: Our stay was excellent, the staff was so helpful and kind, the room was clean and comfortable, location was perfect great restaurants around. Will definitely stay again.

Liked: Most of the staff was amazing and helpful! Others not so much
Disliked: The breakfast waitstaff was unpleasant & unhelpful. The couch was stained and worn . Sheets where very corse on the skin and made for and uncomfortable night sleep. The smoking area should be moved from the front of building it's unsightly and the smell from it coming in and out is not inviting
