I don't know what Hyatt...

Liked: Firstly, I was disappointed on arrival at Hyatt Place that I was told that there was no room for me there and that I have to go to the hotel on the opposite side of the street which was Hyatt House. No satisfactory reason was given.To be fair, Hyatt House was not bad though the breakfast provided was just fair.
Disliked: The breakfast was not as expected. The bed was too high. One has to climb onto it.
