Disappointing

Liked: Location was close to metro.
Disliked: Waited 80 mins in the cold for hotel shuttle bus. After 2nd phone call. The driver phoned to say it had been cancelled by hotel. NO APOLOGY. . Kept telling me shuttle was every hour on the hour. 1st phone call was at 5.30pm so this wasn’t the case. Room was for 4 adults but only had 2 cups 2 coffee bags, 3 towels ? Had to ask for sheets for sofa bed. No blankets or extra pillows. Basic breakfast . Didn’t go down 2nd morning. Toilet don’t work correctly (which was fixed).

Good

Liked: The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room was not clean, especially the carpet. There were 3 of us, so I had to sleep on the sofa bed, which has mold on the underside.

Liked: Location, really convenient location. Room service is attentive.
Disliked: Facility is new but weird. Faucet is too far to the back, make it hard to wash hands. Shower pressure is low. Some smoke detector would randomly go off 3am in the morning.

Liked: Localisation close to the metroSize of the room perfect
Disliked: Beds mattresses too soft and breakfast unworthy of the Hyatt brand.The powdered eggs are only eggy in color, and there's not much choice, which is a pity.
