Pleasant staff/housekeeping services lacking

Liked: People were friendly! Amber did a great job trying to arrange reservations for us.
Disliked: I do not like shampoo, conditioner, or body wash left in containers to be used after guests leave. Contaminants can be entered by previous guests. Additionally, clean towels should never be stored in a bathroom. When flushing fecal matter is spread in the air. Therefore, towels are no longer clean. Pet " wings" should be designated. I listened to a barking dog all night. Housing keeping should be available later in the day. Tours are offered that go through the night. When arriving back at the hotel at 3 a.m., I was greeted by a lovely staff member. However, the next day, housekeeping services were not available because I woke up too late.

Liked: Location was great, very clean, nice and helpful staff.
Disliked: It’s pretty easy to hear everything. We heard lots from the hallway and people in the room above us. I felt bad because my family isn’t super quiet, so I know people were annoyed by us too!!!
