Disliked: We’ve been coming for 4 years and you keep adding charges like parking, the prices are higher and the breakfast is subpar and the parking is terrible with a broken gate allowing anyone to park.

Great stay!

Liked: Clean and very quiet rooms! We loved the surrounding area for morning and evening walks.

Comfortable and great location

Liked: Great location. There was even a Tesla Supercharger site in the parking lot with many chargers available. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Disliked: The shower water pressure was terrible in our room. Our friends said their shower was fine. I reported it to the front desk who said they would send maintenance up immediately. When we came back to the room later that day, it looked like they had been there but nothing changed.

Liked: Nice facilities, well located.
Disliked: One elevator was out of service. The remaining elevator was very slow making for long wait times (multiple minutes). Pool and spa were also out of service. At this price point it seems like things should be better maintained and available.

Disliked: The pool and spa were out of order and there was nothing showing that until we got to their one working elevator. That’s why we stay in hotels. For the pool and hot tub. The person at the front desk said they have the info on their website, which they did not. I checked. I asked for a discount on the room and they offered a few meaningless points on their app. The one working elevator would go up and down several times before stopping at your floor. The bathroom had mildew in the shower. Late guests woke us up all through the night because the doors were so loud closing, it was literally frightening. Not to mention a dog barking in the hotel. It was not the best experience.
