Liked: Located right off the highway. Clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Because it’s right next to the highway, the road noise was so loud. It was hard for me to sleep as a light sleeper. Would recommend ear plugs for light sleepers like myself. Also, not enough plugs by the bed.

Don’t stay if you want...

Liked: Staff was welcoming and friendly at first.
Disliked: I was charged more than told. I had been unable to get a receipt even after multiple phone attempts to have one emailed to see what I was charged for. To use the restroom you have to step into the shower to close the door and then back into it to open the door. The bed was ridiculously hard I was sore from sleeping and I try not to be too picky since it is a hotel bed and not one I personally choose in the store. But I was genuinely sore as if I’d been sleeping on the floor which probably would have felt more comfortable. The AC/heater unit was so loud I had to turn it off in order to be able to get some rest. I just do not feel overall it is worth what was paid for. I was charged close to 200 for one night when the total was around 150 before taxes I am unsure how roughly 47 dollars is just in taxes and fees. And then to think that the cost may be worth it due to the location and it being from Hyatt and to get the room I did was extremely disappointing. Never would I stay there again.
