Liked: The staff was remarkable! I came here alone to relax and enjoy my birthday. Nancy, Chavette and Nadine all worked this evening. We had great convos and I loved the dinner I ordered. The firepit on the patio was also a warm and welcoming feature. I wasn’t traveling however if you are this hotel is right on DFW International territory.
Disliked: Everything was Great!

Liked: The breakfast was a true delight! Everything you could ask for! So nicely presented…I hated to leave after just one night…the rooms were amazing, great beds, so quiet even though you are next to a busy airport. …the staff is more than well-trained….they are working from the heart. Each person is addressed as they get close to the desk. There is no way someone could feel ignored. It’s like a big family. I loved it. I cannot wait to have an excuse to come to the DFW again and need a room near the airport!
Disliked: The only thing I did not like is that I could not stay longer.

Liked: Very large and spacious room. Clean.
Disliked: We were not informed that the breakfast was free -- included in the rate; so we didn't have breakfast at the hotel and had breakfast at the airport.
