Liked: Crystal checked us in and made us feel so welcome. She also waited on us for dinner and a cocktail. Excellent staff member. The driver that took me to the airport (I can't remember his name) was so helpful and enjoyable to talk with.

A terrific place to spend...

Liked: Pretty much everything beginning with the airport shuttle responding quickly to our request to be picked up, followed by a very sharp, professional and friendly front desk manager who made check in easy—a nice way to end a long day of travel. The suite was large, clean, quiet and the room temperature was perfect. We had a very early flight in the morning, but we slept really well in a very comfortable bed and were able to have a six am full breakfast before being picked up by the shuttle that delivered us to the airport at seven, plenty of time to check in, go through security and have plenty of time to get to our gate. All in all, it was an excellent experience.
