Very pleasant atmosphere

Perfect for what we needed....

Liked: Only stayed one night but everything was as expected! Went well. Room was clean, kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast had options for all. I also liked that the door locks (where you have to swipe your card to enter the building from the back, or to enter the pool, etc) actually work! Some hotels just have those for looks. 🙄 Good experience.
Disliked: Front staff were very cordial, no issues. But they could have been more friendly and welcoming in general, if you're asking. Can't remember if they smiled. 🤪 But again, no issues at all.

Liked: The staff was exceptional!Everything was great! Place was clean and you could tell they really cared about customer service!!!It was spring break, the weekend before the kids went back to school, and very busy! Staff handled everything with ease!

Disliked: The room was extremely dirty, with stains on the toilet, hair left on the pillow, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made the stay very unpleasant. Additionally, the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly, leaving the room uncomfortably cold.
