Location was good for what...

Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast was good but small and crowded

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Upon check in we were put in a king room even though I reserved double room 2 month in advance. Pubic hair all over in shower, hole in bathroom door kitchen staff was on other side of wall very noisy at 4am. They double charged card now have to wait for it to go through for a refund

Disliked: I was charged twice for my one-night stay—both charges fully posted—with absolutely no explanation from management. Instead of addressing the issue, the guy who checked me in decided to mansplain how reservations and security deposits work, as if I’ve never stayed in a hotel before. I was charged my room rate twice plus a security deposit, and instead of fixing their mistake, I had the joy of disputing the charge with my bank, because apparently, they think my money grows on trees.And let’s talk about the amenities—or lack thereof. I couldn’t even get an extra blanket because they had “run out.” How does a hotel run out of blankets?Breakfast was another disappointment. Imagine going through the effort of making a waffle, only to have to serve it on the last available styrofoam plate because they apparently ran out of real dishes too. The whole experience was ridiculous.

Cheer trip

Liked: Location. How big the room was.
Disliked: Pool room was 58 degrees. brrrr.... the water was warmer but it wasn't much fun. Also the breakfast was suppose to go till 10am and I went down at 9:40 and there was no more food.

Liked: The room is spacious.
Disliked: Breakfast, how do you close it down before time. The staff was very rude. This is the first hotel I came to take act like. Would never come here again.
