Room was great, breakfast was...
Liked: There were no plates or forks for breakfast. So kids were disappointed there were no way to get waffles. There was no tortillas and also no place to sit and I couldn’t find coffee.

Liked: The cost per night was fair
Disliked: I paid for my hotel fee through booking.com but the hotel charged me additionally for my nightly stay. They explained that it was an accident, but has not refunded me fully. I have only been refunded for my deposit hold which covers incidentals, but not the nightly rate that I was double charged.The carpet was soiled. The bathroom was not clean. The water in the pool was covered in a disgusting, gooey film.

Liked: After we got in (see below) the staff was very nice.
Disliked: When we arrived after midnight the front door was locked. There was no one at the front desk and we waited outside for about 10 minutes before he returned and let us in. We were also surprised when our room wasn't made up after our first night. When we went to reception to find out why we were informed that housekeeping was only every 3 days, but the night receptionist didn't tell us that.The room was also rather dirty. The carpet needed to be vacuumed and there were finger prints on the mirror.And the couch wasn't very comfortable. I think the cushions are just old.
