Disliked: I got there at 3 pm coming all the way from Columbus Ohio,I drove hours just to get there and was told my room wasn’t ready for another 40mins. Left to get food with my kids for about an hour l, called to see if the from was ready and was then told it still wasn’t ready they needed to after 5pm. Big inconvenience had to scramble to find another room that allowed pets which wasn’t successful and because of that I cut my trip short.

Disliked: Hallways smelled really bad. Was given a handicap room which we didn’t want. People were loud at midnight and no one came to tell them to be quiet. Staff didn’t seem so welcoming like before. Hotel looks rundown, needs improvement

Disliked: The oatmeal was runny,toaster broke ,orange juice machine broke.Horrible....Sink broke ,kids banging on door hockey players almost called police
