Disliked: I walked in asking for a room, the prices were higher than prices shown on booking.com. so I told the front desk lady the I was going to make the reservation through booking because it was cheaper. She agreed with me to do that, after me booking the room she said that they didn't have availability. She said that rooms were dirty and didn't have housekeeping on-site.

Disliked: The elevator didn't work the next day and we had to walk from and to the 7th floor. It was a day with black ice.
