Liked: The room smelled when we walked in. Thete was barely any Water pressure in the shower.. There is no microwave in the room.

Liked: Great location, close to everything you might need.
Disliked: There was no hot water and they couldn't fix it in time for me to shower before my event started. Someone was smoking near my room, and cigarette smoke was coming in the vents all night and all morning, which was in addition to the generally wierd smell in the room (smelled kind of like car exhaust? but we were on the 7th floor??). Upon arrival, the front desk person was not super friendly.

Inadequately cleanliness and prepared.

Liked: The space of the room was nice with room to breathe.
Disliked: The room was dirty. The carpet and couch had glitter and dirt, had not been vacuumed. The room was not stocked with soap or coffee. There was not enough blankets or pillows. They charged $75 to clean up after my hypoallergenic small dog, but had not cleaned the room before our stay.
