Disliked: WiFi internet was not good at all. When you connect to internet you suppose to redirect to the url and then you enter your room# and name and the WiFi gets on but here you don’t get stable WiFi we got to the desk to get technical support number we tried calling them same night and they took our IP address of device and said now it will work after 15 min same issue and we called again new person picks up and they did the same process. So we tried calling them 5 times and they still cannot fix it we are suppose to stay in hotel for 11 nights and I had to work on laptop so wifi was necessary at the end we talked to front desk and told them about the wifi situation and Laila talked to manager and they said you can do early checkout and we will not charge for 1 day as I have stayed there for 3 days already. So overall hotel staff is friendly but in Hyatt when you say they don’t have stable wifi that is very frustrating. We have to move out to another hotel. Also I was checking why other guest are not complaining about the wifi but if you are staying for 1 or 2 days you can use your hotspot and why to waste time on calling technical support to fix hotel wifi. When I saw most of the guest were using their personal hotspot. So I suggest take some escalation steps and fix the WiFi the support Team from India was horrible they said will call you back in 5 min is still On.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Location is in suburbs. Yet a $10 fee per day to park in lot. Not a parking garage mind you in the city. Just a regular lot like the in/out burger of local red lobster across the street. Literally just another pathetic money grab while providing no service.
