Convenient location for this trip...

Liked: The room was very clean , roomy and modern which I guess is now liked. I prefer a more inviting space.This seemed fairly sterile. I am sure easier to clean though.The bed was softer than I expected but still slept well in it. Gave me a good start to my day.
Disliked: I don’t like the a La carte pricing to pay for parking.It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth to see that and taints my stay.

Liked: The location of the property is wonderful if you are traveling with a family. Lots of great family friendly restaurants and shopping around! The staff was so friendly and warm every time we walked in and out of the lobby!

After 10 years of staying...

Liked: We have stayed here for years to Christmas shop. The remodel is fine, but is basically new carpet and flooring. Not upscale amenities. We always liked the closet you could unpack, then store suitcases. Now, so much less storage. The bathroom counter is SMALL! We stayed in 3 different hotels this trip. Hampton and Marriott offered big counters.lots of storage. I could not even lay my blow dryer on the counter. Staff was wonderful, especially the manager. It took us 25 minutes to check in because we used Booking instead of Hyatt. He persevered and super nice. Staff and location are great.
Disliked: BEWARE they now charge $10 per day to park! This is not downtown Denver! Or San Fran or NY? Total junk fee. They tried to say they were doing it to keep people from In & Out Burger from parking in lot. So give guests a placard to park. Any vehicle not hanging a placard tow. As I said…total junk fee. And they started after remodel. It’s just a way to pay for minor upgrades they did. We won’t be staying here again, after 10 years of loving this place. Beds not upgraded either. Lumpy mattress, very uncomfortable.
