Good staff and breakfast

Liked: What I disliked about the property was that there is no hot tub in the pool area. The water in the shower in the room was warm not hot.

Very good

Liked: Great location. Rooms are very spacious.
Disliked: Elevators were unavailable our last day so we each had to carry 50lb luggages down 10 flights of stairs.

Liked: The staff was very nice
Disliked: The elevator was broken on Saturday we missed breakfast had to walk down the stairs had an asthma attack had to call the ambulance once i gotten down the street to the car this was the worst experience ever. We waited almost an 1+ for fave towels

Liked: Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was warm and clean. Location great for walking to many great locations
Disliked: Elevators were down for half of our stay. Hotel parking was extremely expensive, so we parked at a nearby parking garage.

Liked: The staff was very nice and the manager did comp me one night due to elevators being down and inconveniencing us
Disliked: The elevators didn’t work for one night and half the next day, cleaning people left cleaning rags on my hair brush, last night here we came to our room and the trash wasn’t emptied, beds were unmade with our old sheets
