Disliked: Patio had no chairs to enjoy ocean view. Was stuck outside room at check in for 45 minutes due to door lock malfunction. Then it happened 2 more times during the stay.I know not to put door card next to phone or cards. They were in my empty front pocket.Hallways on 8th floor were filthy. Dog Shit on floor in hallway. Told front desk and housekeeper however was not taken care of even after 3 night stay. No manager on duty to talk to about anything. No soap in shower. Parking lot had no available parking for cars was told to park across street I have a bad knee can’t walk long distances like that . Booked for the convenience of family to come to Florida from Missouri so grandkids to enjoy pool and beach. Not available. Website says that they are available. I’ve been in Florida all my life. Travel to Daytona Beach 2 to 4 times a year. This is the worst experience ever. I go a lot to bike week. I will now tell everyone to not use your hotel. Bad, experience for sure. It was my wife’s birthday and she was disappointed that you didn’t take care of situations at hand during our stay.

It was ok to sleep...

Liked: Due to the hurricane they had no pool and did not offer an alternative. Like a neighboring hotel’s pool we could have used. No chef for the restaurant, so the employees were responsible for cooking anything on the limited menu. Breakfast was ok, but no bowls for the oatmeal. The room was clean, and I’m sure the employees were doing everything they could. I don’t think Hyatt was helping all they could to get it up and running again.

Liked: The property did not have AC, The room i booked was a 2 queen bed Oceanfront. I did not get the Oceanfront view. I got the partial Ocean view with parking lot view. I was very disappointed

Disliked: The parking was horrible and the hallways smelled like weed.

Liked: The accommodations were immaculate, and the bathroom was equally well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delectable. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and professionalism.
Disliked: The pool repair was aesthetically unpleasing, but apart from that, everything else was satisfactory.

Liked: Room was wonderful. Carpet clean. Had a Pepsi can on balcony and my biggest problem was there were no chairs in balcony. No beach access or pool because of recent hurricane
