Nice, clean and convenient place...

Liked: Breakfast was very good and there was a variety of items to choose from. The room was very clean and we had a decent view of the lake. Was within walking distance to several restaurants. The entrance ramp to I-30 was nearby and easy to get to and was just minutes from a variety of shopping locations. They have a nice outside sitting area just off the dining room.Staff was pleasant and responsive to our needs. Every time we returned from being out there was always someone there to greet us.
Disliked: The elevator was out of order 2 times in the 4 days we were there but was repaired very quickly so was not too much on an inconvenience. They advertise a mini fridge in the rooms but did not seem to get as cold as I would have liked, when asked about it was told it was more of a chiller than a fridge, so to me it should not be advertised as a fridge. The alarm clock in our room needed to be replaced as it did not function correctly.

Liked: Great location- easy to get on and off highway and get to other places easily. It’s close to the restaurants. The room was very clean and had everything you need for a comfy night’s stay. Breakfast was yummy- much better than some of the other hotel chains. We will stay again next time we visit Rockwall!

Liked: We were exhausted because we had been traveling from north carolina back to Texas, which was a 25 hr drive, and we stopped at Hyatt and it was very clean, very welcoming, and was super comfortable.

Disliked: Staff is horrible talked about other customers in front of my child & I.. management is rude and not helpful at all we stay all the time but will never stay again worst experience. Called 1800 number & couldn’t get help so I will leave reviews on everything about experience..
