We were very pleased with our room. We had the king room with sofa. It was a spacious and comfortable room. Very clean and the bathroom was very clean. The bed/pillows were very comfortable. They served a nice breakfast every morning. The parking is great. Housekeeping staff was friendly. The hotel is located in a very nice, clean and secure area with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas close by. You are in walking distance to some of them. The front desk customer service was very nice and knowledgeable of the area if you needed help finding something. Awesome! We would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: When I called the front desk sometimes it took a long time for someone to answer. There was only one face towel per person and there are usually two per person. We had to ask for more towels.

Liked: Wonderful room.
Disliked: People in the room next to us played loud music and fought all night long.

Liked: The night clerk was super helpful and super kind. I had left overs and no utensils and graciously found me some and she even helped me with my desert dilemma (yes, I said desert dilemma) I settled on a chocolate muffin! The house keepers were great also. The hotel and my room looked and smelled clean,, comfortable beds, plush pillows and plush towels.
Disliked: I think rooms should definitely have a microwave but there is one in the breakfast room after hours. The breakfast could've been better, room temp eggs aren't all that good but still a good breakfast.
