We were very pleased with our room. We had the king room with sofa. It was a spacious and comfortable room. Very clean and the bathroom was very clean. The bed/pillows were very comfortable. They served a nice breakfast every morning. The parking is great. Housekeeping staff was friendly. The hotel is located in a very nice, clean and secure area with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas close by. You are in walking distance to some of them. The front desk customer service was very nice and knowledgeable of the area if you needed help finding something. Awesome! We would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: When I called the front desk sometimes it took a long time for someone to answer. There was only one face towel per person and there are usually two per person. We had to ask for more towels.

Liked: Wonderful room.
Disliked: People in the room next to us played loud music and fought all night long.

Disliked: This Hyatt didn't have microwaves in the rooms on the high floor. The deposit is way higher than the other Hyatts

Disliked: Manager does not have people skills. Did not greet me or acknowledge me when I checked in . Mumbled what is my name . When I checked out he didn't address me or say , Thank you. Nighttime young man was very nice and personable . Manager needs a class in hospitality and manners

Good location, good value for...

Liked: The location to our event was excellent. The location to other activities and dining choices was very good.
Disliked: Property was a little dated.

Liked: The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Staff was courteous at all times.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like. If any suggestion, I stayed for 7 days and the breakfasts were all the same. Maybe change the menu up a little.

Disliked: No hot water, a broken bed, made several noise complaints neighbor room and nothing done about it. Was not compensated for horrible 3 nights.
