Liked: Staff was so rude. Just unbelievably rude.

Disliked: A lot of the Channels didn’t work in the Room which was crazy when I call down to front desk for help which he came up to help me he gave me the channels that work which was only 10 out of 150.. and the computer didn’t work it the lobby at all

Liked: It was comfortable, cozy, felt like home.
Disliked: I had to ask for soap, for hair conditioning, for the bathroom mat, for toilette paper. I mean, they did the room service every day, but didn’t realize we ran out of some products. We noticed they didn’t replace what was missing, at night when we came back to the hotel, but at nights they didn’t have anybody to go to our room and give what we asked for, so we had to come down and take what we needed. That happened 3 nights from the 7 that we stayed there. They also don’t have laundry service, and when asked if they could give the laundry to a pick up wash and fold service that I called, they said no. I had to take the laundry to this wash and fold service by myself, because it would be a waste of time to wait at the hotel for the pick up service to arrive.

Will never stay there again.

Liked: Staff got stupid when asked about the final bill when checking out.
Disliked: Staff's bad attitude, toilet in room is in need of repairs.

Okay but expensive stay that...

Liked: location was good and quiet sleeping. Nice breakfast with pleasant & attentive staff.
Disliked: Reception staff busy eating upon our arrival - not greeted with a smile. Room location was close to elevator after I asked receptionist to place us away from the elevator.
