Excellent hotel, especially for an $80 room. Very large room with nice furniture, good bed and nice amenities. The staff was very helpful and friendly; the breakfast was only fair - food was adequate but no more. The layout of the serving line was very inefficient and made things move very slowly if there were more than a handful of people. But it was free and you weren't paying that much for the room, so I can live with it. I would probably go there again if I ever needed to stay in that area.

If check-in had been smoother...

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful. We had many choices, and everything we tried was yummy. I was very impressed to find decaf tea and coffee, since I shouldn't have caffeine.
Disliked: Check-in created issues for us. For some reason, the clerk couldn't find us in the system and, while it was hard to understand what she and the manager were saying, it sounded like perhaps the first and last names were reversed. Sadly, we had very little time to change clothes and get to the funeral home on time.Another disappointment is that the wi-fi wasn't secure. Never in our lifetimes has the security of a network been more necessary. This was a shock to me and I told the clerk that I would expect better from Hyatt. She agreed. She was very pleasant, as I was to her.

Disliked: The bathrooms are old and showers fill with water every time. I’ve stayed here dozens of times as it’s close to my main corporate office.
