Disliked: The elevators didn't work. The room was dirty and the toilet ran all night. We didn't not sleep well.

Disliked: In my floor, two rooms where halfway open all night. One at the beginning of the hall and the other one at the other end in front of the ice machine. I told the receptionist but the doors stayed the same!

Great place to stay in...

Liked: This the second time we have stayed at Hyatt Place. This hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast was great with many options. The staff was very friendly and helpful to our needs. Close proximity to many things to do including the Gaylord Texan and downtown Grapevine. Highly recommended hotel and look forward to the next stay.

Disliked: The hotel was a bit outdated and could use some modern touches. However, it was clean and comfortable for what we were doing. I would have loved the option to have two queen beds with our size family.

Liked: The airport shuttle was super convenient - they arrived within 10 minutes of a call from the airport. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and accommodating. The room itself was well equipped, and the bed was super comfortable. It was easy to walk to Grapevine Mills and the surrounding restaurants. Breakfast was well stocked and delicious, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage and use the shuttle back to the airport in the afternoon.
Disliked: We would have liked a bar of soap at the sink in the room - everything else was fantastic.
