We had an amazing time!!...

Liked: The staff was amazing
Disliked: I didn’t like how our room felt humid and smelled like mildew. Staff did come in and accessed the issue.

Nice hotel. I would stay...

Liked: The property was great. Clean and very comfortable
Disliked: The front desk clerk was not able to check me in. I had toWait for 20 minutes so she could find my reservation. She did not know how to navigate the system. She was nice and apologized and promised to waive the pet fee of $75.00 but did not write it down or enter it in the system. Now the manager is telling me that they can’t waive the pet fee.

Liked: The layout to watch TV while sitting at desk was disappointing. The floor was wet in bathroom but I wiped it up with towel.It was ok.
