Liked: Awesome room; great price; close to my concert venue; very good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing was bad.

The rooms are wonderful, clean, and comfy. The staff are very kind and helpful and really went above and beyond expectations! Shout out to Alex as he really made our stay great. This hotel is wonderful and has a great location for events, dining, and is very clean. My family will definitely be staying here again in the future!
Disliked: Lock on door ran out of battery so did have to wait 30 minutes and get new room but it was out of the staff's hands and he did his best to fix the situation.

It was fine, but I really didn't understand why I was given a handicap room. The TV was in a very strange spot and no tub? Again, handicap room. I expected more typical hotel things for the price. Like no minibar in the room?
Disliked: Our TV was in the middle of a wall in front of furniture. No mini bar. I was given the handicap room for no reason, so this may be why.

We had the most wonderful weekend at the Hyatt Place Columbus OSU. The rooms were beautiful, food was great. But, the BEST of all was the staff - you could not have asked for better service and they were all so friendly and very informative about the area. Just a GREAT stay.
