Not what I expect from...

Liked: Nice big TV.
Disliked: First, I made a reservation but my plans changed to 30 days later but I was not allowed to change it. I had to cancel it and do a new reservation, over 30 days in advance, at about a 50% increase in price. When I arrived at 2:55 for a 3:00 check in I was told the room was not ready. I had a 4:30 dinner reservation so I had to leave at 4:15, without being able to shower and change. I got a text at 4:25 that the room was now ready. I had to finish my dinner and go straight to a show that started at 6:30, still without changing or cleaning up. When I checked out, I was offered a discount, but it was still $30.00 over my initial reservation price.

Disliked: We stay for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned . I made complain to front desk and the staff just said they were overbooked…and even after complain they did nothing and I stay more night with clean and replace items..
