Liked: The system was pathetic, they tried several credit cards, and none of them worked !!! but it worked when we went to some other hotel !!! It was a pathetic experience, the room was horrible, and they charged a huge amount as a security deposit.Probably the worst place to stay

Liked: It was close to the venue we were going to on the Ohio state campus.
Disliked: The continental breakfast could use a little upgrade. Eggs and pancakes were cold.

Liked: From out side and walking in very nice, great location. Has a small bar open till midnight very nice.
Disliked: Staff didn't tell me was 100 deposit which no biggie but I asked and beat around bush then told me, had cockroach in our room and another was still smashed on the wall. So not cleaned well at all. Few other areas were a concern as well as far as being cleaned as well too.
