in town for college football.

Liked: Good breakfast. Lots of variety. within walking distance of the campus and buses to football game.
Disliked: we went to the bar for a drink and no one around. 1 girl at the check in and swamped. So we sat there about 20 minutes and finally left. no view.

Liked: Very clean and nice really close to the restaurants being near by
Disliked: The bar lacked a draft system that’s it though everything else was awesome

Amazing staff. Beautiful view of...

Liked: Very convenient location and within short walking distance to the Colonial Life Arena.
Disliked: Our room was not ready when we arrived 2.5 hours after check in time. The staff were very accommodating and wonderful, so it was a minor inconvenience only because we had to be somewhere at a certain time.

Good location but a bad...

Liked: Location was good. In room view of city was nice.
Disliked: Dirty sheets on fold out couch, staff couldn’t replace with a new one because she “couldn’t leave the front desk” and didn’t know where her coworker was. I offered to come down and get one but she declined because she would still have to leave the desk to retrieve the linen. Heater for indoor pool broken. One battery in tv remote left it unusable. Front desk did give me new batteries when I went down and asked. Extra 25$ to park in the parking lot. Dirty silverware at breakfast service.
