Liked: We loved the breakfast and the variety!Location was great to walk to all the venue's.All of the staff we encountered were excellent and very friendly.
Disliked: One of the elevators was a bit scary, lots of noises coming from it.

Won't stay here again and...

Liked: The staff at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall design was very nice.
Disliked: I arrived after a 1200 mile drive at 8pm and was ready for bed. No one was at the front desk. There was a note to call them and they would respond back. Which I did, but no one answered until I called multiple times. Took 20 mins to get someone to desk because they were short staffed and working foodservice. Then when I got up in the morning there was no hot water on the 5th floor. So, I endured a cold shower for which I paid almost $200 for the night.
