Liked: Lobby area looks good.
Disliked: Third floor carpet is nasty. Housekeeping missed one day of cleaning. I found her the next morning to ask if she could please clean our room. She was sitting on the bed in a room looking at her phone. She didn’t clean our room. She straightened out our bed covers. That is all. She needs to be terminated.

Liked: The room was very quiet, staff was friendly, coffee was out super early.
Disliked: The halls seemed kinda dirty. The room had ceiling repairs that looked like someone’s first time with mud, but whatever. Water pressure was very weak and took a while to get shampoo out my hair. Overall I’ve stayed in much nicer of properties at this price point. Next time I’ll pay a little more and stay at the Ritz. Widely different experience for not much more.

Disliked: Our room was on the first floor, and the air conditioner was very loud next to the bed. You can get a drink from a "bar," but it's really not a bar.
