Liked: Wr liked that it was connected to the convention center and the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: the coffee cups were too small.

Liked: Play the food sit in the hallway the whole time I was there the facility was a little older, but overall OK

Disliked: Overbooked room , tried to place disabled person into a non disability room because they gave away booked room, transferred to another room that smelled of mildew.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Nice variety. I was told upon check-in on Thursday that breakfast was 7-10. On Friday morning breakfast closed at 9am. I saw many ladies come down and not get breakfast. Staff should convey correct information.
Disliked: I was in Room 320. The beds are sagging in the middle and not very comfy. Also, the pillows are bad. For almost $300/night I would think mattresses & pillows could be changed out more often. Mirror would be better placed on wall nearer the bathroom. It's currently in a dark cubby hole area.Our phone did not work.
