Liked: Comfortable bed and clean linen
Disliked: Not so clean, no microwave, no water heater. Breakfast was very bad and not enough options. They had just one type of bread, bagel, coffee plus 2 types of fruits that didn’t look so fresh. Worst n cheapest quality plastic cutlery. I could not even cut the bagel or apply cream cheese. Breakfast was not Hyatt breakfast standard. I always stay in Hyatt place and all have been pleasant except this one.

Liked: When we first got there, we didn't have a conjoined room as we requested. They didn't hesitate and helped us get a room that works best for us! We loved how big the rooms were and that we had conjoined so our friends' kids and ours could play. Everyone I talked to was professional, kind, and very helpful! Brandon in the evenings made sure to accommodate all our needs for the evening!
Disliked: I wish there was more outlets and the elevators were slow
